MULTIUSER EXPERIENCE FEATURE

Organizations can now deliver improved experiences to a large number of users, thanks to NAKA’s new multiuser feature. This exceptional capability overcomes connection and server performance issues found in more traditional approaches, ensuring seamless interaction with all elements, and providing a synchronized, unified, and optimal experience, regardless of the number of users.

DIGITAL ASSISTANT

Users can now pose any questions related to NAKA's usage to the digital assistant and receive voice-based answers, including guidance on navigation and interaction within the experience. Organizations can promptly leverage the capabilities of the NAKA digital assistant, utilizing a default charming model or creating a custom model to deliver a branded experience aligned with the organization's identity.

TUTORIALS

This tool empowers designers to help users comprehend experience goals and describe processes through a combination of images and videos. Users can seamlessly integrate this learning to optimize their immersive experience.

DATABASE PERSONAL DATA CYPHERING

Now, NAKA ensures enhanced security through personal data encryption. This heightened security prevents even NAKA administrators from accessing personal information, ensuring that in the event of a database breach, the information remains indecipherable to attackers.

You can now use NAKA’s settings to configure your headsets, select your language, and check the installed version.

BUG FIXING


NPS IS NOT CORRECTLY CALCULATED UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES

The calculation and display of NPS have been corrected to provide accurate data for this key qualitative indicator.

EXPERIENCE TIME CALCULATION ERROR

The time calculation was fixed as occasionally, the user's time in some experiences could not be calculated when a new session was created.

ERROR WHEN UPLOADING A MESH

[ADMINISTRATION PORTAL]

An error occurred when uploading certain meshes; however, the issue has been fixed, and now it is possible to upload any mesh without encountering troubles.

ERROR JOINING TO AN EXPERIENCE

[USER EXPERIENCE]

An issue was detected where loading damaged avatars could result in blocking access to NAKA experiences. Now, with the issue identified, NAKA will prompt users to create a new avatar to resolve the problem, ensuring that access is not blocked.

AVATARS' MOVEMENT WAS NOT FLUID IN MULTIUSER EXPERIENCES

[USER EXPERIENCE]

Avatars’ movement in a multiuser experience was fixed and now it is more natural and fluid.
