In compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these data (GDPR), we inform you about the processing of your personal data that will occur when participating in the phase of NAKA demo version.

For what purpose and legitimacy do we process your data?
We will treat your data under the following legal bases and for the purposes:
- Give you access to NAKA demo version, and be able to analyze it. The legal basis of the treatment for the purpose described is the execution of the contract that links you with NTT DATA Spain S.L.U. when you test its products and services according to its terms and conditions.
- Provide your feedback and impressions about the NAKA by filling in a specific form or sending an email to the address info.naka@nttdata.com. NTT DATA Spain S.L.U. may contact you in order to resolve the problems that have been identified or to request additional information. The communication of feedback and impressions is totally voluntary, and therefore it is based on the legitimizing basis of the consent that will be given when sending the feedback.

Who are the recipients of your data?
Your data will be processed only by NTT DATA Spain S.L.U. for the improvement of the NAKA. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the feedback provided, previously anonymized, may be extended to some service providers with whom NTT DATA Spain S.L.U. works in the development of the NAKA.
In some cases, the communications of identified data could involve the international transfer of the data to countries located outside the European Economic Area, some of which have not been declared as countries with an adequate level of protection by the European Commission. How long will we keep your data?
The data will be kept as long as the demo version stay active. After this, the data may be kept blockedduring the limitation periods established by the applicable regulations.
In the case of the personal data of those people who have provided feedback, they may be kept, even after the completion of the test, only in order to establish contact with the interested parties in case it is necessary to obtain any additional information.
How is your personal data protected?
We are committed to keeping personal data safe, taking all reasonable precautions to do so. We implement all the necessary organizational and technical measures in accordance with current regulations against any unauthorized access and modification, disclosure, loss or destruction. We contractually require and enforce service providers that handle your personal data to do the same.
What are your rights?
You can revoke the consent given at any time, as well as request the Company to confirm whether your personal data is being processed by us and, if so, access them. Likewise, you can request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
Likewise, in certain circumstances, you may request the limitation of the processing of your data, in which case we will only keep it for the exercise or defense of claims. You can also oppose the processing of your data in certain circumstances, in which case we will not process the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons or for the exercise or defense of possible claims.
